Dyban Maksym Petrovich

In 2014 he received bachelor's degree in Law for "Jurisprudence" from Vadym Hetman National Economic University of Kyiv.
In 2014 he graduated from the Military Institute of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv under the reserve officers program in military-account specialty of "Legal Counsel".
In 2015 he completed his Master's degree in Law for "Jurisprudence", from Vadym Hetman National Economic University of Kyiv and received a Master's degree in Law for "Jurisprudence".
In 2017 he was awarded the PhD in Law in specialty 12.00.05 - "Labor Law; the right to social security". Theme of the dissertation: "Violation of labor rights of workers in modern conditions".
The sphere of professional and scientific interests:
• the adoption of the principles of human dignity, justice and equality in the globalization trends in the development of the modern world;
• the protection of human rights and freedoms;
• the study of the doctrinal and legal nature of violations of labor rights of workers and trends in legislative protection of protection, responsibility for violating labor rights of workers in modern conditions;
• reform adaptation of Ukrainian legislation to the legislation of the European Union.
He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications published in scientific specialized publications (editions of foreign states).
