Olkhovik Myroslava is an assistant of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative law
1998 — she was born in Manevychi, Volyn region.
2020 — received a certificate in accordance with the European Recommendation on Language Education at the B2 level in English (First Certificate in English (FCE)). She is also learning French.
2021 — graduated from the National Law University named after Yaroslav the Wise and received a master's degree with honors.
While studying, she worked as a legal adviser in a private company and practiced in a law firm.
March 2021 — began working at the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law.
May 2021 - passed the competition for the position of assistant of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative law.
She teaches such disciplines as Public International Law, Legal and Ethical Issues of Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Fundamentals of European Union Law, International Human Rights Standards and ECHR Practice in Ukrainian and English-speaking groups.
She is the author of scientific papers on information, international and other topics published in Ukraine and abroad. She regularly participates in scientific and practical conferences and seminars, national and international forums ("Fighting for NATO"), internships (School of International Humanitarian Law organised by the US Embassy), international exchanges and Erasmus+ programmes ("Femi Tech", EU Study Days).
Key research interests: public international law, international relations, EU law, European integration processes, protection of human and civil rights at the national and European levels, innovative technologies, artificial intelligence and Metaverse.She is actively involved in the educational student work.
Also Myroslava is actively involved in the educational work of students. She is a curator of two groups PR-105Ba and PR-304B. She takes an active part in the career guidance activities of the Law Faculty of NAU.
