April 8, 2014 a meeting of PhD, Associate Professor of Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Law Institute Pylhun Natalya and first-year student Anastasia Shatalina with students of 11-th form of secondary school № 19 of Kyiv.
During the event, high school students were given more information and the Ukraine in racial and ethnic conflicts, xenophobia and youth "informal" movement. Particular attention was paid to the skinhead ideology, according to which they "help" the country "remove debris immigration". Also, high school students had the opportunity to see a documentary on the activities of skinheads in Ukraine, which became effective preventive measures a visible crime prevention. Conducted following thematic conversations with students of secondary schools to help prevent social phenomena among young people, to prevent the commission of crimes, improve legal awareness and legal culture of youth, which is the main focus of the government and the public.
