March 31, 2014 students of Group PR -301 of Law Institute, accompanied by assistant professor of the Department of Air and Space Law Nazar Maliarchuk visited specialized school for the study of foreign languages № 173 of Kyiv, where they held a class on "The concept of the state, its features and characteristics".
The purpose of the lecture - to convey to students the importance of taking into account the historical background of the forms of the state, the state features that distinguish it from the public power of primitive society. During the sessions were considered the causes and conditions that led to the need of the state apparatus as a special public authority, namely: 1) the need for improvement of governance associated with its complications from the development of production, division of labor, changes in terms of food distribution, growth of population and social stratification of society into homogeneous groups (classes); 2) the need to maintain order in a society that provides its social stability, which is achieved through compulsory social (especially legal) norms, and; 3) the need to suppress the resistance of the exploited masses who resulting social stratification of society into homogeneous groups (classes), and; 4) the need to protect the territory and warfare - defensive and aggressive; 5) the need for major public works to this end unification of large groups of people (in some countries Asia and Africa). In addition, students of the National Aviation University shared their experiences of studying at the Law Institute and invited everyone to come to the Open Day to be held at the National Aviation University and Law Institute April 5, 2014.
