February 25, 2014 Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of the Law Institute Anatoly Timchenko and students of group PR -101 Ruslan Krolevetz and Andriana Zhab'yak held a meeting with high school students of the Kyiv school of I- III grades № 319 named after Valeriy Lobanovskyy on "The legality and the rule of law - the legal premise of the existence of civil society".
The event was held to demonstrate the close relationship between the rule of law, public law and order and development of the rule of law and civil society that is able to ensure the protection of every person and citizen. During the meeting, high school students learned about the concepts of law and order, attributes, elements and functions of the data definitions, the unity of purpose that are designed to arrange and organize social relations capable of being both the legal basis and means of operation of the government and democracy, strengthening of statehood. Particular attention is given to law enforcement that affect law and order, the security situation in society, protection of rights and legitimate interests of every member of society. Anatoly Timchenko future graduates urged to be aware of in legal terms, because the future of Ukraine is in their hands. It is necessary to keep in mind that the rule of law and order is the basis of implementing universal principles such as justice, humanism, democracy and promoting social development.
