On December 14, 2017, Nadezhda Armash and Dmitry Bezubov, professor of the department of economic, air and space law of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute, took part in the round table "Crime and misconduct (problems of differentiation)", conducted by the Criminal and Administrative Law Department of the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine.
The round table was attended by scientists from the University of Kiev, namely: Taras Shevchenko National University of Kiev (Prof. Usaty GO), National Academy of Internal Affairs (Doctor of Law, Professor A.V Krishevich). ), The Institute of Law and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine (Doctor of Law, Professor Petkov S.V.); Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine: prof., D.Sc. Fesenko E.V., prof. Veresha R., Professor, Doctor of Law. Kovalsky VS, Doctor of Law, prof. Muza О.V, Ph.D., Assoc. Kovtun E.N., Cand.Sc. Lysko T.D and third year students of Gorenyuk T. and Nikulina T. During the opening of the event, D. Bezubov, D.Sc., Associate Professor noted that the problem of crime and misdemeanor lies in the sphere of public interests and is determined by the vector of the further development of society. "The issue of changes in the current regulatory acts provides for the existence of certain program results, namely, improving the life of society. Only after defining and concretizing such program results can we begin the public discourse on such substitutions of definitions at the legislative level, "said Dmitry Bezzubov in his speech. Based on the results of the fruitful work of the round table, Dmitry Bezzubov and Nadezhda Armash expressed constructive proposals on improving the legal doctrine and rulemaking in the aspect of discussing this issue.
