On November 07, 2017, the associate professor of the Department of Criminal Law and the Process of the Institute of Educational and Legal Studies Igor Diorditsa held a vocational guidance work among the students of the 11th form of the secondary school №270 of Desnianskyi district of Kyiv in the form of a legal lecture on «Judicial reform in Ukraine» and students 11th form of the secondary school № I-III №259 of Kyiv in the form of a legal dialogue on the topic «Victimic behavior of minors».
The problem of reforming the judiciary in Ukraine today is urgent, as the most important prerequisites for the development of civil society must be quality, stable legislation and effective justice that can really provide a reliable protection of human rights and freedoms, the interests of society and the state, in order to eradicate tyranny and lawlessness. During the leadthrough of legal centre organizing public lectures at school №270 with senior pupils principal reasons of reformation of the system of courts of general jurisdiction, forming of the new higher specialized courts are discussed, outlined positive and negative factors of forming of new composition of the Supreme court of Ukraine. For students the question of introduction of electronic court caused the special personal interest. During the leadthrough of legal dialog at school №259 students were affect the questions of forms and reasons of this conduct. A primary purpose of information of these meetings is forming for the schoolboys of pictures of modern legal processes in the state in the field of department judicial and warning of feasance of offences among minor.
