On October 10, 2017, a meeting of students of the PR-502M group of Educational and Research Institute of Law with a graduate of the Institute of 2013, a practicing lawyer, assistant lawyer, founder of GV Partners Ruslan Voronyi took place.
During the event, a practicing lawyer told the undergraduates about the practical problems of the State Registration Service of Ukraine, the procedure for creating, reorganizing, liquidating entrepreneurial activities, as well as the procedure and rules for carrying out transactions with shares in the authorized capital of legal entities of various organizational and legal forms. Also, students had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the statutes of enterprises. Ruslan Voronyi indicated that the practice of applying corporate law revealed many legal problems caused by imperfect legal regulation of corporate relations. First of all, a number of problems of a theoretical and applied nature are connected with the concept of corporate rights. In particular, there are still discussions about the very concept of "corporate rights" and its content. Meeting with a practicing lawyer helped students to understand the problems that exist in corporate law, as well as outline some ways of solving them both at the theoretical and practical level.
