To celebrate the Day of Partisan Glory on September 29th, 2017 students of the group PR-101 of the Educational and Research Law Institute together with their tutor Anna Omelchenko visited the Partisan Glory Square.
During the tour foture lawyers learned about the hard and cruel trials that fell on our nation during the Second World War. Millions of Ukrainians went through this hell and did not bend. With a sense of endless gratitude and love students paid tribute to the former underground and partisans, defenders and liberators of their native land. The Day of Partisan Glory is celebrated annually with the purpose to express popular respect for those who fought with the Nazis in the deep rear of the enemy, every minute, risking themselves and laying their own lives for the freedom of the country. After all, thanks to the invaluable feat of partisans and underground members, we lived and live under a peaceful sky, and we will always remember and give them tribute to memory.
