June 7, 2017 for the first-year students of Educational and Research Institute of Law was organized a meeting with PhD, associate professor, consultant of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Legislative Support of Law Enforcement Vitaly Gritsenko.
The event was held with the purpose to familiarize students with the work of one of the committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which provides legislative drafting, prepare and pre considering the legislative support of law enforcement. The main attention of Vitaly Gritsenko was paid to characteristic features of the Committee, its organizational structure and control functions in areas such as jurisdiction, criminal law; the law on administrative offenses; the activities of prosecutors, internal affairs bodies and other law enforcement agencies; Operational Activities; organization of public order and public safety; security and detective activities; State protection of participants in criminal proceedings and state protection of judges, law enforcement officers; Social Security law enforcement personnel and their families and others. Meetings with practitioners - a necessary action that will not only complement the theoretical training law students, but also give him the opportunity to navigate in today's legal world and gain practical professional communication.
