April 3, 2017 in the Institute of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv the International conference ««Europeanization» of third countries legal orders – implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement» was held, in which the Masters of the group PR-503 of the Educational and Research Institute of Law Julia Loboda, Tetyana Sirochenko and Vladlena Suchkova took part.
The conference was opened by the Director of the Institute of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, professor Valerii Kopiika, who congratulated all those present on the beginning of the event and wished the participants effective work. The work of the conference consisted of three sessions: «Institutional and procedural issues of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement implementation, Association Agreement implementation and the legislative process in Ukraine», «EU Association Agreements as mechanisms of promotion of EU norms and values», «Challenges in EU legal approximation and the ways to tackle them: experience and perspectives». Section moderators were: Mykola Kuzio, Deputy Minister for European Integration, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Ukraine; Prof. Victor Muravjov, Head of the Chair for European and Comparative Law, Institute of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv; Dr. hab. Ksenya Smyrnova, Associate Professor, the Chair for European and Comparative Law, Institute of International Relations Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. During the conference, participants discussed current and problematic issues of Ukraine's relations with the EU, as well as proposed ways to address these issues.
