7 of December 2016 in Educational and Research Institute of Law was a day of methodical seminar for mentors and team leaders of groups on the topic «The use of drugs: Causes and Consequences»..

The seminar was attended by: director of the Institute Iryna Sopilko, head of the Department of Human Development and Social Communication of NAU Olena Kalinichenko, designated person for educational work Nina Trotsiuk, senior mentor Olena Makeieva, President of the Ukrainian Union of NGOs "Ukraine - a country of heroes" Denys Stetsiura, mentors and team leaders.
During the event, there were discussed issues of influence of drugs on the mind and the health of a young person, types of liability for violation of law in the matter of drug and psychotropic trafficking. The most interesting aspect of the event was the performance of Denys Stetsiura, who highlighted the way of drug use prevention among young people.
In summing up of the seminar was drawn a conclusion of constant offensive activity of youth necessity, which includes a range of public, social, socio-economic, health, psychological, pedagogical and psychological events, whose the main goal is the prevention of this disease (drug dependency, substance abuse).
