Within the framework of the Ukrainian Law Week on December 7th, 2016 at the Educational and Research Law Institute pupils of 10-A class of the specialized school of I-III degrees № 307 with in-depth study of the natural sciences of Desnyanskiy district of Kyiv took part in a round table on theme “The Consumers’ Rights”.
The relevance of the chosen topic is conditioned by the development of the state and society in the modern line that meets the realities of today. It is not enough recognition for certain subjects of civil rights and providing them necessary and proper legal protection. During the event Evgen Petrov, DSc (Law), Professor, opened topical issues concerning ways to protect civil rights when buying goods of inadequate quality, compensation of material and moral damage caused danger to life and health products in the cases provided legislation. At the end of the event there were organized a tour by the Educational and Research Law Institute of NAU during which pupils were familiarized with the peculiarities of teaching in higher education, organization of educational process and student life interesting pages.
