November 28, 2016 on the eve of Ukrainian Law Week in secondary school I-III levels number 158 Dniprovckogo district of Kyiv a meeting of senior lecturer in Theory and History of State and Law of Education and Research Institute of Legal Irene Tymkovych with students in grade 11.
The event was held in the form of conversation to discuss the prerequisites for development and adoption of 10 December 1948 UN General Assembly on important international act - the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, which proclaimed the fundamental rights and freedoms and introduced a unified international system of protection of these rights. The panelists concluded that human rights are the integral part of the human person and of life in all forms. The process of realization of human rights advocates overriding importance of both internal and external legal development of individual states and the international community. A full and comprehensive human rights is the criterion by which to assess the current level legal order of society.
