31 January were held a meeting of students of the Law Institute with the judge, secretary of the Plenum of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine Mikhail Smokovychem.
During the lecture on "Judicial Branch of Power in the theory of separation of powers. Administrative justice in Ukraine ", students learned about the importance of the legal profession, considered theoretical issues on the examples of judicial practice that was based on his experience as an investigator Michael Smokovycha, prosecutors and courts. Special attention during the lecture was given to the construction features of the judicial system in Ukraine on the basis of specialization and territoriality. Judge Michael Smokovych the examples of specific cases today revealed the complexity of the tasks that rely on the judicial system of Ukraine. Especially students interested in the analysis of specific cases the claims of citizens of Ukraine to the Pension Fund to accrue pension increase in accordance with art. 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On the social status of children of war." Through the holding of such meetings with the specialists, students receive an opportunity to learn about specifics of theoretical positions of Ukrainian legislation in practice.
