On the 4th of April, 2016 the students of the first year of studying of the Educational and Research Law Institute together with assistant of the Department of the Theory and History of State and Law Lyudmila Shapenko visited the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
During the excursion, students got something new about the history of the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which was built in 1939 by the famous architect Vladimir Zabolotny, which affects the harmony of the architectural forms, which were made in a classical style with the elements of the ukrainian folk decorative art. Reviews of the sessional and conference rooms, lobbies, meeting rooms gave an opportunity to understand the features of a single legislative force of the government. Therefore, in the walls of Ukrainian Parliament held the consideration and adoption of the draft laws, discussion of important issues between the fractions, parties, groups, moreover, members of a parlament give interviews, hold press conferences and briefings, and also taking vital decisions, which are the moments that are building the history of the Ukrainian state and its nation. At the end, the students of the first term were photographed near the picture of A. Kulakov «Creation of the State», which shows us the members of parliament and other historical figures in produsing the Act of Independence of Ukraine.
