On March 12th, 2016 the Day of Open Doors took place in the Educational and Research Institute of Law.

The event started from familiarity of the entrants with a structure of the Educational and Research Institute of Law. Iryna Sopilko, the Director of the Institute, told the guests about specialization of training the students, conditions of admission for 2016-2017 academic year, academic life of students pointed to additional profiling in air and space law and introduced all participants to the managing scientific and teaching staff of the Institute.
The event continued in the Courtroom where the 3rd year students under the guidance of Vitalii Bielousov, the senior lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Trial, held a court debate on civil trial, demonstrated their skills and acquired knowledge. After the court meeting the applicants visited a criminological laboratory. Liliya Grekova, the Head of the laboratory, together with Oleksandr Kobylchuk, the 3rd year student, told the applicants about trasology – a branch of criminological technology that studies the material and fixed tracks and provide advice and practical assistance on the compilation of general and auxiliary fingerprint formula for 10-finger system.
At the end of the event staff and students of the Institute wished the applicants successfully pass the independent external evaluation and choose the higher education institution and profession at the call of their soul.
