9 of March, 2016 Ukraine attended the 66th Secretary of State of the United States Condoleezza Rice. The event was held at the Diplomatic Academy of Ukraine by the Victor Pinchuk Foundation, which has traditionally invites to Ukraine world leaders.
The meeting was attended by practitioners and representatives of prominent NGOs, students and teachers of the capital's universities, including the director and student consultants Legal consultation "Legal Clinic" of National Aviation University. During a lecture on "The Changing World: where Ukraine to follow?" Stanford University professor reviewed a number of topics that interest young people, namely the geopolitical situation of Ukraine in the world, the importance of civil society, combating corruption, education, leadership development and more. Much attention was paid to the need to promote democracy in the modern world. Former Secretary of State reminded all present words of John. F. Kennedy: "Ask not what the government can do for you, ask what you can do for the country", and expressed their opinion on the need for the Ukrainian authorities his actions to win the confidence of the population. At the end of the meeting, the consultants Legal consultation "Legal Clinic" had the opportunity to talk with Condoleezza Rice and ask questions that concern them today.
