November 28th, 2015, in accordance with the work plan of the Scientific-Research Institute for Law and the Day of Open Doors of NAU, Department of Theory and History of State and Law held a round table with the participation of students of secondary schools in the city of Kiev «Legal education as a basis of the rule of law».
The roundtable was attended by Director of the UN Law Institute Irina pipe, Head of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Ivan Borodin, teachers, students and pupils of high schools and secondary schools in the city of Kiev and regions of Ukraine. An interesting element of the meeting was the presentation of the legal class of lyceum students number 227 named after NN Gromova, who in their speeches expressed their understanding of the formation of the rule of law in Ukraine. Students of the Institute told the future entrants about the kinds of legal professions in Ukraine. During the roundtable, present also received information about the benefits of training in UN Law Institute of NAU, the prestige of the legal profession. Such activities promote career guidance to individual personality development, the formation of citizenship and legal culture of young people, helping to determine the future profession.
