On 19th May within the framework of student scientific circle "Transport Law" at Law Institute held a round table on: «Ukraine's integration into European airspace: status and perspectives».
The event was attended by Irina Sopilko - Director of the Law Institute; Victoria Cherevatyuk - Director of Training Center of the Air and Space Law; Irina Rushchak - head of the scientific circle "Transport Law"; members of the circle: Darya Bondarenko, Lilia Linnyk, Galina Smoliy, Alexander Babchuk, Andrey Redko, Alina Demidenko, Vladislava Kolomiets, Maria Roshchuk, Yulia Chumak, Victoria Merenkova, Veronica Gaidar. During the scientific discussion raised actual problems such as: implementation of international air law in the internal law of Ukraine; the problem of determining the definition of "aircraft" in the context of standardization of national legislation with international law; the safety of the airspace in the conditions of globalization of the world market of air transportation; "Single Sky" as one of the concepts regulation of civil aviation and air transport in the context of the integration of Ukraine into the European airspace. Such events help young scientists to share knowledge, to create new scientific ideas and constantly improve themselves.
