March 11, 2015, students of 2nd and 3rd year students of Law Institute participated in the conference "Raiding in Ukraine: problems of resistance", which took place at the Chamber of Commerce of Ukraine.
During the meeting of leading civil servants monitored raider attacks in January-February 2015 analysis of potential threats and socio-economic consequences of illegitimate seizure of property, reveals ways to counter raiding. President of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Anatoliy Kinah in its report said that the opposition raiding - a complex complex tasks based solution which should be the national approach, political will and tremendous efforts of the business community. President of the Chamber of Commerce Ukraine Gennady Chyzhykov noted that public danger raiding is that it undermines the state's economy and deprive the country of investment. He noted that the results of monitoring in January-February 2015, published UIRE, in all regions of Ukraine, where there are financially attractive businesses, threatening growth dynamics observed facts raiding. When summing up the conference, the participants concluded that increasing manifestations raiding in Ukraine is primarily due to the imperfection of the legislative framework, increasing the number of unregistered weapons passivity of law enforcement.
