October 29, 2014 at the Law Institute was held a meeting of 1st year students with a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine Oleksandr Vedenyapin.
At the meeting on "Judicial Reform in Ukraine: Status and Prospects" judge outlined the problems of the judicial system in need of immediate reform. First of all - enforcement. During his speech, Alexander Vedenyapin said that judges generally supported the intention to reform the judicial system, but concerned about the methods of implementation, in particular, they were talking about restructuring the judiciary. According to the judge, concern the fact that the purpose of justice is taken into account only to the extent it is in the interests of economic reform process. Meetings with representatives of student government, law enforcement, leading scientists of our country have become a tradition in the Law Institute, and each of them is the next step for future lawyers in the choice of their professional activities.
