September 25, 2014 at the Law Institute was held a seminar for leaders and commanders of academic groups on "Leadership and leadership skills - the key to the success of today's youth".
The seminar was attended by Director of the Law Institute Irina Sopilko, Head of Human Development and Social Communications of NAU Elena Kalinichenko, Deputy Director for Teaching and Educational Process Nina Trotsyuk, Senior Mentor Helena Makeieva, Psychologist of Department of Human Development and Social Communications of NAU Galina Lenio, mentors and commanders of groups. During the event were discussed the issues of leadership in educational work, the psychological foundations of leadership as a phenomenon, the problem of vision and leadership skills of future lawyers. An interesting aspect of the workshop was to conduct testing psychologist leaders and commanders of groups in order to identify them leadership skills. Such events help mentors and students to form and develop leadership skills, and form a competitive person, because in modern terms a lawyer must possess not only professional knowledge, abilities and skills, but also have leadership qualities that will enable him to successfully realize their creative potential in practice.
