May 14, 2014 at the Law Institute was held the roundtable on "Actual problems of public and private law in the context of current law reform projects".
The round table was attended by Alexander Bilko - Assistant Professor of economic and legal disciplines of National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine, Larissa Milimko - Ph.D., assistant professor of economic and legal disciplines of National University of State Tax Service of Ukraine, Ivan Shemelynets — PhD in Law, associate professor, head of the Department of Civil-Law subjects, National University of State tax Service of Ukraine, Mariannf Bilenko - PhD, researcher of private law issues RFP SRI named after F.G. Burchak of NALS of Ukraine, Andriy Hrynyak - doctor of sciences, professor, scientific secretary of the Research Institute of IFR named after F.G. Burchak NALS Ukraine, faculty of Law Institute . The meeting discussed the historical, theoretical, methodological and philosophical problems of public and private law, law regulation of activities of public authorities, agro-regulation of land relations, issues of civil legal mechanism to ensure the protection of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen, current problems and development trends business law and the process of reforming social legislation in market conditions. As a result of the discussion participants of the workshop agreed that despite the large amount of research in the field of law, there are still many problems that need immediate resolution. This must necessarily be the common broad discussion of scholars, practitioners and teachers.
