May 13, 2014 the members of the Society of undergraduate and graduate students of the Law Institute Olga Averina, Louisa Vyelikyan, Valentina Dmytryshyna, Adriana Zhab'yak, Lyaman Kazymova Olga Lopuhovych Natalia Stepankowsky together with the Head of SSA of Law Institute Daria Bondarenko held an informative and interactive seminar on "Rights of Childhood", dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the adoption of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in NAU Airspace lyceum named after I.Sikorskiy.

During the meeting the pupils and the students made a historical overview on the issue of recognizing and fixing internationally rights. While viewing excerpts from well-known cartoons and staging the real life situations insinuated by future lawyers, pupils tried to guess which rights of a hero has been affected.
During the event, students of the Lyceum also learned about the main provisions of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, discussed, what rights, in their opinion, are often violated, figured out, where to apply for their protection.
At the end of the meeting, all participants were encouraged sweet prizes.
