April 11, 2014 at the Law Institute was the meeting of the Scientific Seminar "Current research in air and space law".
The purpose of the event - discussion of issues arising in connection with the necessity of implementation of international and European air law into national law of Ukraine, especially with regard to the improvement of safety management, management of the airspace of Ukraine, the operation of airports. In the scientific - methodical seminar was attended by leading experts in the field of civil aviation, as well as scientists who study the problem of Air and Space Law: Natalia Terletska - Deputy Director of the Legal Department of the State Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine; Alexander Puklin - The Department certification of aviation activities of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine; Igor Antoshko - Ph.D., freelance worker of Space Law Center of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Dmitry Buhayko - Ph.D., Senior Researcher of NAU; Bronislaw Lapidus - Director of the Kiev branch of the National Center for Aerospace Education Youth them. Makarov. The meeting discussed Novella international air law, in particular in the field of civil aviation security, as well as some problems of space law. As a result of the discussion participants of the workshop concluded on the need to deepen research in aviation safety; search of rapprochement air legislation of Ukraine with the national legal systems of the European Union and EU law.
