March 11, 2014 Associate Professor of Criminal Law and Procedure of the Legal Institute Inna Roshchina with students group PR-304 Maria Razvadovska and Elena Prosina in secondary school № 69 of Kiev conducted for 11-th class open lecture on "Higher Education and Bologna process in Ukraine".
During the event, high school students revealed legislative regulation in the field of education, including higher and that carried out by the Law of Ukraine "On Education." According to this Act, education is considered as the basis of the intellectual, cultural, spiritual, social and economic development of society and the state, it is a priority area of socio- economic, spiritual and cultural development of society. During the lecture, it was noted that the right to education is guaranteed by an extensive network of educational institutions, their open nature and various forms of training (day, evening, correspondence (distance), external), etc. Bologna process in higher education aims to create a single open European space for education, the introduction of credit-based technologies of the European credit transfer system, promotion of mobility and the creation of conditions for the free movement of students, teachers, scientists within the European region, facilitating the determination of qualifications promote the employment of graduates and students of the European labor market. Close cooperation of higher education institutions with general secondary schools helps the professional education of young people and enables future entrants to exercise their right to education.
