In order to prevent the remaining of the term "student-centralism" only in the theory and confidently implement it in practice, Law Institute use new approaches to learning that focuses on the results, and the responsibility for that results is common for teacher and student.Actually for acquiring greater autonomy in selecting learning paths, taking into account the interests and needs of future lawyers, it was proposed to the best students of 3 and 4 courses to prepare and hold one of the practical training on the subject "History of Legal and Political Thought". It should be noted that all students successfully coped with their tasks. Using a variety of interactive methods of learning, including brainstorming, case method, role play, problem -searching and discussion method. Young teachers have demonstrated outstanding abilities in attracting the vast majority of students in scientific debate, raising issues and preconceived conclusions. During the study, students received the skills of active communication, conflict-free communication, public speaking.
