On the 19th of November 2013 in Law Institute at the initiative of trade-union committee of Law Institute and supported by the Coordination Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine under the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine was held scientific-methodical roundtable on "Tri-partisanship system and social dialogue in higher education".
The meeting was attended by teachers, representatives of student government, the primary trade union organizations of National Aviation University, Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine, Kyiv University of Law Sciences of Ukraine. At the round table such questions were considered: Student representative body (Parliament, Council) as an institution of the student government, social dialogue and trypatryzm in high school, the primary trade union organization of undergraduate and graduate students as a guarantor of protection of socio- economic rights of students, forms of interaction between the administration of higher education with student community, participation of the student community in the student government. The participants discussed a number of other matters of concern. They understand that the student government is necessary for young people studying at the university because it is - a practical school for those who wish to try yourself in the role of leader, administrator. But it is necessary to involve activists of our universities to participate in international student conferences on the problems of the student government, participate in international exchange of experience in student government.
