On June 11, 2024, in accordance with the work plan of the Faculty of Law, first- and second-year students of the specialty 081 "Law", accompanied by the head of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law Liudmyla Shapenko,visited the Center for the Provision of Administrative Services of the Solomyansky District State Administration in Kyiv.
A guided tour was conducted for the students by Lіudmyla Bondarenko, the Head of the Department (Center), during which they learned about the structure and tasks of the Center, got acquainted with the specifics of the functioning of local self-government, cooperation between different legal entities, as well as the principles of ensuring the implementation of state policy in the field of providing administrative services in general.
The tour also provided a comprehensive overview of the Center's extensive range of services, which now encompasses over 450 offerings, including business entity registration, real estate property registration, residence registration, biometric document issuance, military liable citizen data updates, social services, and many more.
Beyond theoretical knowledge, the visit provided each participant with hands-on experience as they stepped into the role of TsNAP administrators and engaged in the citizen reception process. These practical exercises offered deeper insights into the intricacies of administrative and state registrar work amidst the implementation of cutting-edge information and communication technologies. These technologies are essential for refining governance quality and fostering interaction between authorities and citizens.
