Lie detection is the evaluation of a verbal statement in order to detect possible intentional deception, which may refer to the cognitive process of detecting deception by evaluating the content of the message, as well as non-verbal cues," said Ms. Diana.
During the training, the teacher worked out interviewing and testing techniques, features of using a polygraph, analyzed voice stress, non-verbal behavior, tracking eye movements, etc.
The experience gained will be useful to the teacher when teaching such disciplines as: "Forensics", "Criminal Procedural Law" and "Special Techniques".
