On 30 April 2024, students of the group PR-201B of the Faculty of Law, accompanied by Roman Popov, PhD in Law, Assistant of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, visited the Administrative Court of Cassation as part of the Supreme Court.
The court staff acquainted the students with the work of various structural units of this judicial body, in particular, the court office, the court chamber for consideration of cases on taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, the courtroom, the archive, etc. In addition, the students took part in an open court hearing to consider the cassation appeal of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Odesa region against the decision of the Odesa District Administrative Court of 07 September 2023 (presiding judge - O. Khursa) and the decision of the Fifth Administrative Court of Appeal of 01 December 2023 (presiding judge - N. Verbytska, judges: O. Jaburia, K. Kravchenko).
The visit to the court enriched the professional potential and developed the professional skills of higher education students, and the event once again confirmed that the NAU Law Faculty works closely with practicing lawyers and public authorities to provide future lawyers with the best legal education.
