On 8 April 2024, at Faculty of Law the defence of scientific papers submitted for participation in the first round of the All-Ukrainian competition of student research papers in the field of knowledge 081 “Law”, speciality “Labour Law; Family Law” was held.
The higher education applicants of the first (bachelor’s) and second (master’s) level of the speciality 081 “Law” took part in the competition.
To organise and conduct the first round, a competition commission was formed, which included:
the Head – Svitlana Vyshnevetska, the Head of the Department of Civil Law and Trial, D.Sc. (Law), professor;
the members - Alla Diduk, professor of the Department of Civil Law and Trial, PhD (Law), associate professor, and Vitaliy Chernega, professor of the Department of Civil Law and Trial, D.Sc. (Law), associate Pprofessor;
the secretary – Yuliya Beluga, senior lecturer of the Department of Civil Law and Trial.
In total, the students prepared six (6) scientific papers, of which only three (3) were selected for public defence based on the results of the review.
According to the results of the public defence, the prizes were distributed as follows:
1st place was won by Yana Kushnir, a student of the group PR-301B (topic: “A Marriage Contract as a Regulator of the Proprietary Relations of the Spouses”, supervisor – Viktoriya Kozhevnikova, professor of the
Department of Civil Law and Trial, D.Sc. (Law), associate professor);
2nd place – Albina Sharko, a student of the group PR-404B (topic: “Legal Regulation of Labour Relations in the Modern World”, supervisor – Maxym Dyban, associate professor of the Department of Civil Law and Trial, PhD (Law));
3rd place – Yuliya Shyian, student of the group PR-101Mz (topic: “Impact of Martial Law on Labour Relations in Ukraine", supervisor – Khrystyna Kmetyk, associate professor of the Department of Civil Law and Trial, PhD (Law), associate professor).
