On February 23, 2024, the 14th International Scientific and Practical Conference "Legal Paradigm of Ukraine's Restoration: Problems and Prospects" was held at the Faculty of Law.
The conference was attended by scientists, state and public figures, judges and practicing lawyers from 15 countries of the world, 19 regions of Ukraine, 20 institutions and organizations, 62 institutions of higher education and scientific institutions.
During the plenary session, important problems for our country were considered, primarily related to legal values as determinants of Ukraine's development strategy in the conditions of European integration; innovative modernization of public-legal relations in Ukraine with a focus on strategy during the war and post-war recovery; modern trends in the development of criminal and legal science and law enforcement activities; the vision of national private law in the post-war period; trends in the development of economic, air and environmental law through the prism of the world experience of post-war reconstruction of the country and national characteristics. etc.
Iryna Sopilko - Acting Director the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the National Aviation University congratulated all the participants and expressed her gratitude to all partners who have supported the faculty for many years and help implement scientific projects. "The scientific activity of the Faculty of Law is aimed at building the faculty and the university, finding and creating new opportunities for scientists, spreading a positive image of Ukraine abroad. For the innovative development of science, the faculty has built and continues to actively develop a network of contacts with foreign institutions of higher education, scientific institutions, diplomatic structures, etc., she said.
