From December 20 to 22, 2023, with the support of the Central Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice (Kyiv), the first practical course "Drafting Procedural Documents" was held as part of the new project for 2024 - Young Lawyer Pro360°.
The organizers of the event were the Council of Young Lawyers of Ukraine and the Law Firm "Reliable Legal Partner".
As a result of the selection, among 300 people who wanted to join the free training, only 50 winners were identified, including students of the Faculty of Law of the specialty 262 "Law Enforcement activity" Karina Avdyushkina (PR-206B), Ivan Sereda (PR-206B) and a student of the specialty 081 "Law" Ekaterina Zubkova (PR-301B).
During the opening of the course (December 20), the participants had the opportunity to communicate and hear practical aspects of the activities of the Ministry of Justice from Kirill Minenok, Head of the Central Interregional Directorate of the Ministry of Justice (Kyiv), and Vladislava Brovko, Head of the Department of Judicial Work and International Legal Aid. Also, Alina Zaiyka, head of the department in the Coordination Center for Providing Legal Aid, told the participants about the practical aspects of the activities of the Free Legal Aid system.
On December 21-22, 2023, the speaker of the course Anna Kukharchuk, founder and managing partner of the Law Firm "Reliable Legal Partner", lawyer, revealed to the participants the nuances of the procedures for drafting various procedural documents and provided useful tips on their structuring.
“The main goal that I set for myself is to form practical skills in drafting procedural documents for you and teach you to think independently, analyze facts and apply the law,” said Mrs. Anna.
The practical course conducted provided students with the opportunity to consolidate the knowledge and skills acquired in practice, which is an important component in the preparation of future professionals. All participants in the training received a certificate.
