November 30, 2023, the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure held a meeting of the student research group "Actual Problems of the Criminal Procedure" dedicated to the analysis of novel criminal and criminal procedure legislation with the participation of students of higher education of the first (bachelor's) level.
The moderator of the event was associate professor of the department Natalya Goldberg, who highlighted the current "trends" of law enforcement, focused the attention of applicants on changes in the criminal law and process of Ukraine related to martial law.
The scientific circle became an arena of fierce discussions and extensive discussions. Yelyzaveta Khomusko, Olga Slutska, Yana Temchenko, Ekaterina Zubkova, Darina Stotska, Valeriya Bilyavska, Viktoria Kolonska, Nataliya Krupiennikova created an intellectual space where the analysis of legislation, critical thinking and the validity of their own views on the current problems of the legal field were intertwined.
The participants of the debate managed to understand the changes and innovations of legislation, to show a high level of interest, actively discussing key aspects of regulatory acts.
Participation in scientific discussions promotes the exchange of opinions, deepening the understanding of current problems, and the development of analytical and research skills among participants. The knowledge gained at the meeting may be useful for further research in the field of criminal law and procedure.
