On November 27, 2023, at the Faculty of Law, the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law organized a meeting for students of the 4th year of the specialty 081 "Law" with attorney Maria Soroka.
Changes in the legal status of legal entities, in particular business entities, are a frequent phenomenon in the conditions of a market economy, and the problematic issues of their state registration are constantly in the field of view of practicing lawyers. This topic is also of interest to students of legal education at the bachelor's level. Maria Soroka, a lawyer and partner of the Tarasyuk and Partners Bar Association, shared her experience in preparing and conducting the registration of the liquidation procedure of a legal entity. She explained in depth and alternately the stages and specific actions that make up the content of the liquidation procedure of a legal entity, familiarized her with the legal requirements for state registration and options for solving situations that are not clearly regulated by regulatory and legal acts.
Those seeking higher education asked the lawyer interesting questions, to which they received practical answers. During the discussion, the guest noted that some problems of the liquidation of legal entities, in particular business entities, remain unresolved, put "on hold", taking into account the existing state of martial law and the consequences of the military aggression of the russian federation.
