During the study of the discipline "Commercial Law of Ukraine", students of higher education had a lot of problematic questions regarding the legal regime of property of state and communal enterprises and business associations, the legal position of economic entities in the conditions of martial law, state regulation of economic activity at the current stage. Lawyer Hanna Rohovska shared her thoughts on solving complex legal situations involving the property of state and communal enterprises. She also provided the expected answers, referring to her own practical experience and the changes made to the current legislation. She also outlined a range of business issues that still need to be resolved at the legislative level.
Graduates of higher education also expressed their opinions about the gaps they discovered in the state regulation of economic activity, about the expectation of a more active application of measures of the state's regulatory influence in order to help and assist business entities of the state and non-state sectors of the economy in the implementation of certain types of economic activity, which have a key significance for the defense of the state and for society in the conditions of martial law.
The discussion of important problems of legal regulation of economic activity was useful both for students and for the invited legal scholar. All participants of the event came to the conclusion that economic legal relations are changing significantly, are formed under the influence of objective circumstances, and require further study and development of mechanisms of legal influence on them.
