On November 21, 2023, Anna Ananina, Senior Business Development Manager of EarnBIT Crypto Exchange, held a webinar on "Crypto Business Networking - How to Do It?" for the second and third year students of the specialty 081 "Law" of the Law Faculty.
The event was organized with the assistance of Associate Professor of the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, PhD Iryna Ustinova to expand knowledge and skills in the study of the disciplines "Legal regulation of cryptocurrency circulation" and "Legal principles of decentralized finance and virtual assets".
During the meeting, Ms. Anna revealed the practical aspects of the organization and operation of financial institutions of the crypto market, announced the business component of participation in the LinkedIn platform for future lawyers in terms of presenting themselves to employers. The speaker explained the components of understanding cryptocurrency regulation for crypto market participants. "The global impact of cryptocurrencies on decentralized markets is causing structural fundamental reforms for the existing global financial systems. This, in turn, requires law firms to adopt new rules for providing legal services to consumers with a slightly updated legal content," the speaker emphasized.
The invited guest also told the audience about global cases of fraudulent schemes in the crypto business and the experience of investigative actions in protecting the rights of victims, reported on the main events in the crypto business, various cases that have occurred in recent years, as well as on tokens based on art objects. During the speech, the participants' attention was focused on the reasons for the crypto winter, which is caused by the collapse of the FTX exchange and the need for legal expertise in such a business. The speaker explained in detail how the crypto business networking exchange works.
At the end of the meeting, Anna Ananyna, who is a stakeholder of the faculty, invited the students to cooperate with EarnBIT at the level of a junior employee.
