April 26, 2013 in the Department of civil law and process of Law Institute was held interuniversity scientific-methodical seminar "Peculiarities of of teaching methods of civil law courses in the Law Institute of the National Aviation University." The relevance of the event is determined by the increasing role of the disciplines of civil law direction in the system of legal education.
In the meeting of the scientific-methodical seminar took part: barrister, PhD, Professor, Professor of Theory activity and management within the prosecution service of the National Academy of Public Prosecutor of Ukraine Petro Shumsky, PhD Associate Professor, Expert Council of Entrepreneurs under the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Serhiy Kravchenko, Ph.D., assistant professor of criminal law and procedure KUP NaoS of Ukraine Armen Nersessian, Ph.D., associate professor of Law Institute of Political Science and Law of the National Pedagogical University named after M. P.Drahomanova Radim Guban’, Ph.D., general director of the publishing house "Justinian" Irina Omelchenko, Ph.D., assistant professor of Political Science Philosophy Faculty, National University named after T.G. Shevchenko Karashchuk Nicholas, PhD, attorney, Head of the legal service of the National Institute of Surgery and Transplantology named by A.A. Shalimov Oksana Guz, barrister Alexander Onishchenko and scientific-pedagogical employees of the Institute. During the workshop has been raised the issues of features and teaching of legal disciplines in the learning process, technology and machinery organization and conducting of the seminars, practical, individual lessons, the characteristics of educational and methodological support of civil law subjects, specific of legal analysis of procedural documents in the context of the presentation of the course of intellectual property, the use of new teaching methods in the teaching of legal disciplines and others. Holding of such events facilitate for the exchange of experiences and use of acquired knowledge for the further educational and scientific and methodological work of teachers.
