To celebrate the 90th birthday of the National Aviation University, on 2 October 2023, a methodological seminar of mentors and academic group leaders on the topic "Corporate culture of NAU students is a priority area of organisational work with students".
The event was attended by dean Vladimir Nikitin, Nina Trotsyuk, deputy dean for educational and organisational work, associate professor of the department of Theory and History of State and Law, senior mentor Victoria Cherevatyuk, head of the department for work with NAU students Olena Ponomarenko, mentor and group leaders.
Opening the workshop, Vladimir Nikitin said: "Communication between students, academic staff, and faculty management is of particular importance of particular importance when discussing such important issues as corporate culture. Each of the participants in the educational process should strive to improve their corporate culture, and in order to make this process effective, the Law School of Law announces a number of events that should contribute to this."
During the seminar, the head of the department for work with NAU students Olena Ponomarenko introduced the areas of work of the department for work with and expressed hope for active further cooperation. During the exchange of views, the following issues were discussed: features of corporate communication at the university; formation of a positive atmosphere in corporate relations; correlation between the spiritual and corporate culture of the student; proficiency in the state language in the context of corporate culture of students; cooperation with stakeholders as a component of corporate culture; international cooperation in the context of corporate culture in the context of corporate culture; history and traditions of NAU.
Summing up the event, deputy dean Nina Trotsiuk noted that the elements of the corporate culture of the National Aviation University are primarily are corporate leadership, the image of the academic staff, and student etiquette, which are enshrined in such local acts as the Code of Honour of the scientific and the Code of Honour of the Student.
