On September 22, 2023, an online meeting was held with masters of the Faculty of Law "Jurisprudence" regarding the resolution of organizational issues of conducting the Approbation Unified State Qualification Exam.
The unified state qualifying exam for the specialties 081 "Law" and 293 "International Law" at the second (master's) level of higher education is a mandatory component of the attestation of applicants for higher education in the specialties "Law" and "International Law", therefore it became necessary to hold an organizational meeting for clarification of the main issues related to the conduct of the approbation AUSQE.
The meeting was attended by Dean of the Faculty of Law Volodymyr Nikitin, guarantor of the OPP Julia Iurynets, deputy dean for educational and methodological work Vadym Vyshnovetskyi, deputy dean for educational and organizational work Nina Trotsyuk, head of the graduate department of economic, air and space law Lyubov Netska, scientific and pedagogical employees involved in the process of conducting the probationary AUSQE and master's degree in full-time and part-time education.
Those seeking higher education familiarized themselves with the program of AUSQE and the features of conducting the approbation exam on September 28, 2023, the rules of conduct during its preparation, and actively participated in the discussion of a number of problematic issues.
The management of the Faculty of Law states that testing for applicants of each of the specified specialties will last 180 minutes. The AUSQE test is made up of stories and 120 test tasks of different formats (choosing one correct answer out of four offered; choosing three correct answers out of seven; determining sequence/priority; determining correspondence). The tasks of AUSQE were developed in accordance with the programs of the unified state qualifying exam in the specialty "Law" and "International Law" at the second (master's) level of higher education, approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated October 8, 2021 No. 1076.
Please note that the normative (mandatory) AUSQE is planned to be held in November 2023.
