During June 2023, applicants for higher education in the speciality 081 "Law" of the educational degree "Master" underwent scientific and research training in the field of law, organised by the graduating department of economic, air and space law.
During the training, students developed and consolidated their knowledge and skills necessary for analytical, search, and creative work, mastered the basic methods of scientific research and the methodology for preparing legal research articles, and got acquainted with the requirements for scientific products of certain professional legal publications of category B.
Each applicant chose his or her own current legal research topic and performed it. This year's peculiarity of the topic selection was that out of 103 applicants, 32 chose topics related to the impact of Russian aggression on legal relations and the national legal system in Ukraine. The students also prioritised research on the challenges of digitalisation of modern law. The trainees were also interested in legal issues and the future of civil aviation.
The young researchers put forward a number of proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the legal regulation of relations in various spheres of public life, identified and substantiated the formulation of new legal issues that await further development and resolution. Interesting ideas were expressed by the students: Karina Galatenko, Tatiana Dzhugla, Vladislav Yemets, Victoria Kirichenko, Anastasia Malykhina, Vyacheslav Malovychko, Irina Osadchenko, Anna Shchurikova, Olga Yatsun, and others.
Based on the results of the evaluation, the best scientific articles of the Master's degree students were recommended for publication in professional journals, including the Air and Space Law Journal of the National Aviation University.
