«The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine since February 24, 2022 has already caused and continues to cause enormous damage to people and infrastructure of settlements where hostilities continue. Also, damage was caused to the surrounding natural environment. The longer the war lasts, the more damage it will do to the environment, and the more consequences we will have in the future. Therefore, the ecological culture of educating young people is important, since the development of the economy is impossible without the young generation, which carries the past, present and future and is the main carrier of culture, especially ecological culture», the teacher said, starting the event.
During the conversation, Nataliya Zhmur revealed ecological culture as a component of the system of national and public education of all strata of the population of Ukraine. It is noted that the reform of environmental education and upbringing should be carried out with mandatory consideration of environmental laws, laws, and scientific principles that operate comprehensively in the biological, technological, economic, social, and military spheres.
