On April 14, 2023, Yana Horbatyuk, a 2012 graduate of the NAU Law Institute, attorney, and stakeholder, gave a lecture on the topic "Legal status of a limited liability company and an additional liability company" for students of the 3rd year of the Faculty of Law.
This meeting was organized as part of the study of the academic discipline "Corporate Law", to familiarize students with the practical aspects of the creation and state registration of business companies.
The speaker revealed the stages and procedure of registration of LLCs and ALCs, told about the structure of management bodies in these types of business companies, the procedure for obtaining information from the USR about business entities, the procedure for issuing, reissuing and canceling licenses, highlighted the corporate rights of participants, taught how to legalize a newly created legal entity person, provided a list of documents required for registration of LLCs and ALCs and provisions for the content of constituent documents.
"You must realize that you are not studying for the sake of learning, but for the sake of skill and understanding. Knowing an article of the law is not enough - you need to be able to apply it in a real situation. Such learning forms thinking. You can't know all the laws, but you should know your business well. Therefore, know what you want and confidently move towards the goal," Yana Horbatyuk said at the end of her speech.
