Within the framework of the discipline "Criminological prevention of offenses in the field of aviation" under the guidance of Professor of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure, Doctor of Law, Professor Oksana Panova, higher education students of the second (master's) level of higher education in specialty 262 "Law Enforcement" mastered the course "Fly Green: the way to "greening" aviation", presented on the platform "Diia. Digital Education" of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with the support of the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) in Ukraine.
This course is aimed at mastering issues related to ISO environmental management, green mobility, clean energy use, energy efficiency, review of financial instruments, as well as providing practical advice on the implementation of "green" technologies with a description of the benefits of application at leading airports around the world.
The knowledge gained in the framework of non-formal education helped higher education students to determine the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of environmental offenses in the field of aviation, and to develop ways to eliminate these causes.
