As part of the XXIII International Scientific and Practical Conference of Higher Education Graduates and Young Scientists "FLIGHT. Modern problems of science", on April 6, 2023, the round table "Aviation and space activities: issues of legal theory and legal practice" was held at the Faculty of Law.
Opening the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Volodymyr Nikitin, emphasized the importance of communication and exchange of experience in the field of aviation and space activities, especially in such a difficult time for Ukraine, and thanked those present for participating in this event.
It is positive that in addition to teachers, students, graduate students and young scientists - specialists in the field of law of the Faculty of Law, our partners also joined the scientific discussion, in particular: specialist in legal issues from Singapore Guoqiang Fu and a young scientist from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Ph.D. Andriy Kryvolap.
Conference participants noted that issues of legal theory and legal practice of aviation and space activities are extremely important today and the unpredictable military situation and political processes, as well as countermeasures taken by countries around the world, make it difficult to determine the short-term and long-term consequences of the Russian invasion. However, it is already obvious that the impact of the war on the aviation transport system will have far-reaching consequences not only for Ukraine, but also for the EU and the whole world.
