On March 14, 2023, the Conference of labor collective was held at the Faculty of Law of the National Aviation University.

35 out of 40 delegates became participants in the Conference of the labor collective, therefore the Conference was recognized as valid.

The rector of the National Aviation University Maksym Georgiyovych Lutskii, the first vice-rector Oleksiy Anatoliyovych Mykhalchenko and the head of personnel and document management Bondarchuk Serhiy Mykolayovych attended the Conference.

The agenda of the Conference of the labor collective included consideration of the issue of approval of the candidacy for the position of dean of the Faculty of Law and the election of representatives from the scientific and pedagogical workers and other employees to the academic council of the Faculty of Law.

Svitlana Hryhorivna Golovko, professor of the Theory and history of the state and law department, and secretary Maistro Diana Mykhailivna, assistant of the Criminal law and procedure department, were elected to lead the Conference of the Faculty of Law.

Maksym Georgiyovych, rector of the National Aviation University, addressed the staff of the Faculty of Law with a congratulatory speech.

Serhii Mykolayovych Bondarchuk, head of personnel and document management, introduced the NAU rector's suggestions regarding the candidacy of Volodymyr Viktorovych Nikitin for the post of faculty dean, who presented the Law Faculty Development Strategy for 2023-2028.

The labor collective of the faculty unanimously supported the candidacy of Volodymyr Viktorovych Nikitin for the position of dean of the Faculty of Law by open voting! There were also elections of the election of members of the academic council of the Faculty of Law from the scientific and pedagogical workers and other employees.
