On March 9, 2023, at a meeting of the Academic Council of the Faculty of Law in accordance with the "Regulations on the certification of applicants for higher education of the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and Doctor of Science at the National Aviation University", approved by the Academic Council of the NAU dated 23.11.2022, the attestation reports of graduate students of the specialty 081 "Law" were heard.

During their reports, applicants for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education reported on the implementation of the educational component of the educational and scientific program, the implementation of an individual plan of scientific work, involving the establishment of a connection between work and scientific programs, plans, topics, grants; approbation of dissertation materials; practical significance of the results of dissertations; participation in international programs, projects, etc.

Summing up the meeting of the Academic Council of the Faculty acting Dean, Doctor of Law Vladimir Nikitin noted the proper level of training of applicants for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, noting the trend towards an increase in the rate of graduate students who are graduates of the Faculty of Law. Members of the Academic Council noted that the high level of training and scientific achievements was demonstrated by graduates: Andriy Kuzmin, Diana Maistro, Volodymyr Lychak, Iryna Yudina.
