On December 16, 2022, scientific and pedagogical staff of the Faculty of Law Yulia Lancedova and Lilia Grekova took part in the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference "Topical Issues of Forensic Expertology, Criminology and Criminal Procedure", organized by the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

During the plenary session, theoretical and practical results of research work in the field of criminalistics, forensic examination and criminal procedure were exchanged. In addition, the participants of the event discussed the latest trends and optimal practices for forensic examinations.

Representatives of foreign institutions expressed support for Ukraine, which consists in the investigation of war crimes and includes the provision of mobile DNA laboratories, other unique equipment, as well as the direct assistance of foreign colleagues - experts, investigators, etc.

According to the results of the conference, it is planned to publish a collection of abstracts.
